  1. Quick question, I normally workout for an 1:30+ mostly focusing only on two body parts. Is it better to do more sets of compound movements (bench,squats,etc) or target the muscle in lots of different ways using various machines?

  2. CBD oil is just their way of selling people the shit from the worthless seeds n stalks. If you want the benefits of weed just smoke a spliff. The only benefits I've found is you get the munchies and forget where you put your keys.
